Final Statement

I really enjoyed making this project. I have always been fascinated by art museums around the world and how the art varies from place to place. I have only been to a few of the best art museums around the work so I thought for this web venture I would like to learn a bit more about them and the artworks that are in them. I picked these art museums in the website because they are considered the top 5 art museums in the world today. The first museum is the Louvre in Paris. I have actually been here, and it is spectacular. I felt that this museum was important to include because of the artwork that is inside its walls. Some of the greatest artworks in the entire world are in this museum. Next I did the Hermitage in Russia. This museum contains lots of artworks pertaining to Russia’s history and architecture. Next I did the British Museum. I have actually been to this museum as well and it is very fascinating. The architecture inside is probably one of the most impressive things about it. There are a lot of sculptures in this museum. Next is the Egyptian museum. This is very interesting since it contains lots of sphinx’s and sculptures. It is very unique. Next is the Uffizi gallery. I have not been here, but it contains a lot of Italian historical influences. Throughout this project overall, I was not trying to be to ‘serious’. I wanted to be informative but entertaining at the same time which is why I included lots of Easter eggs throughout the web venture. Overall, I really enjoyed making this project and actually ended up making a web-venture for my final American Revolution class project.
